Answers to Common Service Questions
What can I throw away?
Everyday household trash, recyclables, and yard waste. We do not take wet paint, batteries, tires, chemicals , oil, ect. No hazardous materials.
Where should I put my bin?
Place it at the curb by 6 a.m. on pickup day, or the night before.
Do you collect on holidays?
We observe 6 holidays a year, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
If they fall during the week your regular pick up day will be shifted by one day
Is there a weight or volume limit?
Yes, the weekly limit is seven, thirty gallon bags of regular household trash. Contact our office for extra bags or large bulky items.
Can I pause service if I’m going out of town?
Yes, you can temporarily pause your service. Just contact our team in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule so you’re not charged during that time.
